The Difference Between the HTML Page and the Dreamweaver Page

The HTML Page just has basic html codes with tags and some css coding. The Dreamweaver page has a lot more detailing with the codes and they are longer and bigger than the html page. The Dreamweaver page created created new tags and css coding that was not in the html page.

Working with Dreamweaver at first look hard to work but, once you check it out and take a look at the interface it may look simple. When I started working with it was exactly working with Microsoft FrontPage and Microsoft Word since it had the same toolbars or commands that the Microsoft programs had. Working with Dreamweaver now may be a lot easier if you have knowledge of working with previous software programs. The expierence of working with this for the first time it look a lot easier to type with and adding color, text size, tables, and hyperlinks were simpler than type html coding. Dreamweaver has some features such as ftps and other programs that uploads your file on to different web browsers to see what it look like. Dreamweaver does not seem to give much font options to work with when designing the pages. The coding experience requires some memorization of how to put it in order, and remember what tags have to go with which text. Tne coding requires tags in order for the text and information to display in the web browser and Dreamweaver automatically creates the coding for you when you do the design.

The Lynda videos showed me the top document tool bar has options that can check the coding and upload them to web browser to see how they work with different web browsers. The document toolbars give options for the layout such as grids to work with. There is droplists can that can give you help and display or take away menu bars that you may want or not, and customize what makes working with Dreamweaver easy or not. The Lynda video showed the properties tool bar having diffrerent ways on making tables from the wide properties bar and the above the toolbar.
